Mike Doolilttle

Head coach, Styrka co-owner

Mike is a strength coach with 14 years of experience training a diverse array of clientele that includes athletes, retirees, working professionals, and post-rehab. After studying exercise science at the University of Tulsa, Mike began a career that has spanned corporate gyms, private studios, and small, community-focused gyms like Styrka.

Over a decade of continuing education has allow him to develop specialized knowledge in mobility, core training, functional assessments, biomechanics, kettlebell instruction, and much more. His clients have included post-rehab, working professionals, novices, and competitive powerlifters. Mike is an avid Olympic weightlifter, and is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Mike currently heads Virtual Coaching at Styrka, along with limited availability for one-on-one clients.
