Katie Ford

Katie is a doctoral student in the University of Oklahoma’s Physical Therapy program, and is a NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. Katie maintains extensive knowledge in post-rehabilitative and pre/post-natal exercise, and excels in barbell-based strength training. She ensures her clients aren't intimidated by the gym with her good-humored, professional demeanor; and her diligent emphasis on posture, mobility, and biomechanics ensures that her clients exercise safely and effectively.

Michael Doolittle

Michael is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 15 years experience. He has worked under the guidance of renown Olympic weightlifting coach Max Aita, and has coached competitive powerlifters to international competition. His extensive background includes Russian kettlebell technique, steel mace technique, weight loss, and postoperative rehabilitation. His clients range from competitive athletes to lifestyle clients who simply want to look and feel their best.
