Strength Training Fundamentals: the pull-up

This week's STF workshop will cover all things pull-up: techniques, modifications, and progressions. Topic covered include strict tactical pull-ups, eccentric training, optimal band use for strength development, kipping technique, and grip training. 

This workshop is free for members, and a $10 drop-in for non-members.
