1-Arm, Kettlebell:

  • Snatch
  • Strict Press
  • Front Squat

Complete all reps and exercises of a given round on one side, then the other side. For example:

Round 1, right arm: 10 snatches, then 10 presses, then 10 front squats; repeat on left arm
Round 2: right arm: 8 snatches, 8 presses, 8 front squats; repeat on left arm
etc.
