Lots of vertical punishment - with a twist! - to start this beautiful Spring week!
Descending Ladder 10 to 1:
- Barbell Jerks [Men: 155lbs; Women: 95lbs]
- Pull-Ups [Strict]
- Hanging L-Sit Twists
The jerks may begin from a rack or blocks — it's not necessary to clean the bar from the floor, although that will certainly make the workout tougher! For the L-Sit Twists, you must do the prescribed number of reps for each side.
Aside from weight scaling (and using bands for pull-ups), the hanging l-sit twists can be substituted with seated Russian twists.
