MetCon for 4.30

It's time to close out April with a deadlift PR. In this workout, the strength and metabolic components are separated.

  • Deadlift, pyramid to 1 rep max, then 7 sets of 1.

Take plenty of rest between max single reps — 3-5 minutes is advisable. 

  • Assault Airbike, 20/10 Tabata, 10 rounds (5:00 minutes total)

A 3-5 minute warm-up and cool-down should bookend the intervals.
