What is Styrka Group Programming?
Styrka Group Programming is an online coaching program, free for Styrka members, in which you are sent three to five workouts every week. You'll have access to a private community on Facebook in which you can ask questions that will be fielded by both other members and Styrka's personal trainers. Group Programming is intended to provide a professionally-designed structure to your workouts, as well as access to fitness professionals and knowledgeable members who can help you along the way.
What are my options?
There are three types of group training programs available: Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Hybrid Training. The powerlifting program is a basic strength training program that focuses on the squat, bench press, and deadlift, along with a suite of compound ancillary movements such as overhead presses and barbell rows. The weightlifting program focuses on the development of the snatch and the clean & jerk. Lastly, the hybrid training program integrates strength training with functional training and metabolic conditioning. You may change programs at any time.
Who is it for?
Our programs are ideal for hard-working recreational athletes of all skill levels who would like a professional structure to their workout program. While competitors are certainly welcome to use our programming, we generally recommend utilizing a coach with specialized knowledge and experience in your chosen sport.
How Much Does it Cost?
Styrka Group Programming is free for Styrka members. Our group programming is just another way, along with our educational workshops and personal trainers, that we work to help our community succeed. Not a member of Styrka yet? Join today!
If you're not a member, you can still use our programming for just $25 a month. Keep in mind that our workouts are designed around the equipment available to our members, so you may need to modify the exercises based on the equipment available to you.
How to get started
If you're already a member, you're ready to go. Just provide your full name and email address, and you'll start receiving your workouts; workouts are sent out every weekend. Please note that your email must match the email you use for your account, or we will not be able to add you to the list.
