Katie Ford

Katie is a NASM certified personal trainer with specialized expertise in mobility, biomechanics, and strength training. After teaching a foundational strength and mobility class with an emphasis on hip health and teaching corrective exercise to patients at local sports chiropractic Zova, she attained her certification through the National Academy of Sports medicine and started her career as a freelance personal trainer. Katie ensures her clients aren't intimidated by the gym with her good-humored, professional demeanor, and her diligent emphasis on posture, mobility, and biomechanics ensures that her clients exercise safely and effectively. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, and looking at cat pictures on the internet. Not future cat lady — current cat lady.
