About Velocity-Based Training
Velocity-based training, or VBT, is a research-back training method that integrates cutting-edge technology to deliver objective training metrics in real-time. Athletes are able to optimize intensity every workout for a variety of training goals, as well as isolate technical deficiencies so that weaknesses can be identified and corrected.
