Workshop: Training for GPP

What good is running a marathon if you can't do a pull-up? What good is bench pressing 300lbs if you can't do a 400 meter dash without gasping for air? 

General Physical Preparedness, or GPP, means excelling in multiple areas of fitness instead of specializing. It means being strong relative to your body weight while being lean, mobile, fast, and agile. 

In this week's workshop, you'll learn how to optimally train for GPP using a combination of functional strength movements, metabolic conditioning, and targeted ancillary work.
