It used to be that training your "core" just meant doing a lot of sit-ups; these days, we know better. Your core is a complex group of muscles that includes your abdominals, obliques, serratus, intercostals, spinal erectors, transverse abdominus, and the muscles of your pelvic floor.
A strong core is critical to preventing injury as well as maintaining proper biomechanics. In this workshop we'll cover both isometric and dynamic exercises to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and correct poor posture.
