Our program can be customized for beginning, intermediate, or advanced lifters. Whether you've never lifted a barbell in your life or you want to set new personal records in your next powerlifting meet, we can help.
Our barbell coaching program is centered on the low-bar squat, overhead press, and deadlift. When you sign up for the program you'll receive three complimentary personal training sessions to help you understand the mechanics behind these deceptively simple strength builders.
As your program progresses, you'll see more accessory movements like rows, bench presses, hip thrusts, lunges, pull-ups, and much more.
Simple Program Tracking
Follow your program from your phone or desktop using FitBot, an easy-to-use app that lets you track all of your workouts and upload videos for your coach to review. We'll respond with detailed video analysis within one business day, so you can refine your technique and get stronger.
As you progress, your coach will dynamically adjust your programming based on your performance so you keep making progress.
